Perfectly located to break a trip through Birmingham, clean comfortable fresh crisp sheets. Poor quality TV and Broken room phone but who uses a room phone. Lack of empty plugs to charge a familys worth of devices. Nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was supper fresh and refreshed in small volumes keeping it lovely. Secure car park by good lighting and cameras.

Room #241 - Huge shoutout to the incredible team at Park Inn by Radisson! Steph, SK, Harpreet, Jamie and Adam went above and beyond to make my stay genuinely memorable. A special shoutout to SK for the food and Steph for suggesting the dish, the “BEEF MADRAS” was full of flavour, and the brownie with ice cream was the perfect finish. I’d highly recommend trying both. You can really tell when a team cares, and it makes all the difference. Thank you for a great stay!
We booked late on a Friday evening, rolled in at about 9.30. Sadly we missed the restaurant but they still had plenty of snacks available at the honesty bar. Absolutely wonderful staff, late at night, early in the morning and the next evening. As my partner said "Proper people. Right next to Walsall FC's stadium and you might find some away fans in the bar before a match, don't worry about that. We loved it.

The rooms were basic, the staff were wonderful, the location was perfect for us. Bar open late, buffet breakfast was included. Only complaint was the wifi - which was weak to non-existent from our room
